Frank García is the Director of SAP Business One Enablement for Latin America at H&CO Cloud, where he leads the integration and enablement of SAP Business One solutions across the region. With a track record of more than 5 years in the SAP space, Frank has held key enablement and consulting roles, including Director of SAP Business One Cloud Enablement at H&CO Cloud and SAP Business One Consultant at Inxap SAP Gold Partner. His prior experience in administration and budgeting complements his strategic focus on digital transformation. Frank graduated in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Central Marta Abreu de Las Villas, Cuba.

Background

Our department runs on an agile approach to SAP user enablement, which demands precise coordination and a standardized way of working. It is also tightly integrated with all of the company's core activities. Given how process-intensive the operation is, we needed to streamline and optimize these procedures, improve documentation, establish performance metrics, and align internal customers and suppliers. The goal was to capture opportunities to improve flow and efficiency in the work.

Solution

In collaboration with Imppulsor, we optimized our work processes and documented them using BPM 2.0 notation, aligned with ISO 9001:2015. We developed detailed performance metrics, added quality controls, and launched an internal training program. This program ensures all users effectively adopt the new procedures, improving operational efficiency and flow.

Working with Imppulsor allowed us to significantly optimize our processes and documentation, markedly improving operating efficiency. Implementing performance metrics and quality controls enabled effective alignment between internal customers and suppliers. We are confident these processes will reach their full potential once the other departments close their own performance gaps.
