Background
In 2022, following the arrival of new ownership partners, our company entered a phase of international organic expansion. We grew from operating only in Argentina and Chile to establishing commercial operations in Miami, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru. Amid this change and new challenges, it was critical to have a clear roadmap and an internal development plan to keep us focused on key priorities, align the management team, and closely monitor our commercial, financial, and operational performance.
Solution
Together with Imppulsor, we established an annual-cycle BPO (business process outsourcing) framework covering annual commercial, financial, and operational planning, monthly and quarterly tracking of annual business plan progress, and a set of internal development initiatives that have allowed us to strengthen our corporate governance, consolidate our sales management and SAP user-enablement models, and develop, improve, and document our process architectures.
Outsourcing these business processes to Imppulsor proved to be the right decision. It allowed us to lower operating costs tied to hiring, training, and managing in-house staff, while gaining access to specialized expertise — the knowledge and experience of outside experts and proven best practices. It also freed us to focus on business development, opening new territories, and project delivery.
